Felt Plant – Kalanchoe Beharensis

Felt Plant - Kalanchoe Beharensis Succulent for Sale Online

The “Felt Plant”, kalanchoe beharensis, is an amazing succulent that becomes more and more unique with age. Even in cultivation, two plants don’t seem to grow the same. Some form tall, unbranching singles, over 6’ tall, others split at an early age and grow in the shape of a wishbone, and some actually shoot multiple pups and turn into little felt forests. Soft, friendly, and easily used in a number of landscape applications. These kalanchoe tend to prefer a bit more shade, and a bit more water than other drought-tolerant succulents. In order to keep them full and lush, provide them with regular water, but always let them dry out between their waterings. Some refer to this plant as the “Velvet Elephant Ear”.
