Cordyline Australis ‘Sunrise’

Cordyline Australis, or the new zealand cabbage tree, is a plant that can grow upwards of 20’ with many branching arms. While ‘sunrise’ will most likely grow slower it still may achieve that 10’+ height with branches. The linear burgundy red leaves have a pink margin and cascading foliage. Excellent use in tall containers, to accent the natural cascading features of the plant. These different cordylines offer unique color and contrast in a garden year round. Plant in containers as mentioned above, or as garden barriers. They thrive in drought tolerant, or tropical gardens, but only prefer occasional water. We enjoy the soft, and vibrant foliage of these plants and their ease of use and integration with cactus and succulents.
